¤ Abortion; I am for abortion. I know that I could never personally give birth to a child who was conceived through rape. 'Your daddy is in prison for fifteen to life because he raped me.' No. Sorry, baby. I'm perfectly happy where I'm at right now. My friends are all having babies, so I buy them baby clothes. This gets out the baby love in an hour long shopping trip. Then I'm back to, 'Okay, no babies for me.'
¤ Gay Marriage; I am for gay marriage. Like I said before, I'm not cutting off any chance of love, so if someday I happen to fall in love with a woman and we want to get married, I want to have that choice. It isn't right to deny anyone...
¤ American Idol; Oh, shit. This is where I get the no votes. I watch American Idol every fucking week. I am for American Idol. I shit you not. I could go through and name all the people that I hate (*cough*JohnStevens*cough*) if I had to, but it would still just intensify the heat of the dislike you have all formed for me. Hey, how about this: I never called in to vote for anyone. I just watch it because it's on.
¤ MTV; I am so totally against MTV*. I don't even know the last time I put on MTV and saw something that was even mildly interesting. I watch more of VH1 than MTV. The videos on MTV suck when they've found a twenty second spot between their shitty reality shows to squeeze them in.
*I am so totally against MTV, except for Gideon Yago because he is my one true news geek lover boy. We're going to have adorable children someday.
¤ Cloning and Stem-Cell research; I am for. I don't think that cloning is so good. Well, I don't know. I don't want any of this cloning of an entire embryo and growing it up to be some freak computer robot kid that is programmed to KILLKILLKILL or anything, but cloning specific organs would be very helpful. Rather than making people wait around for transplant organs that match their blood type, they could just have some cloned ones ready to be transplanted. The other thing I'm excited about is the blood substitute that they're starting to use.
¤ Prayer in Public Schools; Separation of church and state and that is that. I am completely against prayer in public school. Religion must be kept out of all public schools in all forms. I don't even think they should say 'Under God' in the Pledge.
¤ Hot Topic; Alright, I live in West Virginia, right? The only stores that are available for shopping around here that provide me with my sized clothing are:

Still, I can't say that I shop there too often. I integrate some Hot Topic buys into my wardrobe to give it more personality. So, as of right now, I am for Hot Topic. On the other hand, I hate Hot Topic Kids.
¤ Martha Stewart; I heard that she might be coming to the white collar resort prison in town. That would crack me up! I don't know. I think she's a greedy bitch, so I guess I'm not for her.
¤ Michael Jackson; Michael Jackson is the complete antichrist. There was a while where I was for MJ, because he is a musical revolutionary and all that. But then I was like, jeez, give me a break! This is like the millionth time someone has accussed him of molesting a child. Give it a break! It's old news now...Against.
¤ Harry Potter &/or Lord of the Rings; I <3<3<3 Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. Oh my I am such a huge HP/LOTR secret geek. I'm not going to go into it, but I am definitely for them.
¤ Cigarettes; I am personally against cigarrettes. You can smoke them though. But don't think that I won't call you a weird name. My friend Meg's smoking name is Smokey McChimneypipe.
¤ Censorship; I am definitely against censorship. I am an artist. Artists come across this kind of shit all the time. You can't make your art without full reign.
¤ Illegal Drugs; I am definitely against illegal drugs, too. I'm completely straight-edge. All the way. Right to the core.
¤ Underage Drinking; I am against underage drinking. I will admit that I drank in high school, but I stopped when I got to college and I haven't drank since. It's been two years since I've drank any alcohol and I still have just as much fun as I used to. And I don't get kicked out of apartment complexes by security guards, almost arrested several times, and forced to pour out $200 in liquor into the sink.
¤ Capital Punishment; This depends on the criminal. I am for capital punishment if the criminal feels no guilt over what he or she has done. What is the point of letting him sit around for the rest of his life, doing nothing? If the person feels guilty then I think that they should bypass the capital punishment and have the criminal serve a life sentence with no parole.
¤ Pornography (non-underage. kiddie porn is just wrong!); I am bizarrely interested in vintage porn. I have a book of nudes that I took from my drawing teacher. It's more artsy photography from the 50s I think. The compositions and lighting are just gorgeous. I think that the human body is beautiful, no matter what. I am really into drawing the human body. I've had several nude models and seen my share of nude photos, so I definitely don't mind pornography.
