Anxiety is a chemical event. We attribute meaning to it after the fact.

Much like everything else we experience?

I finally figured out not too long ago that I'm given to (very infrequent) panic attacks. I guess it's possible that I have an extremely low-grade anxiety disorder.

Or maybe I just need to eat something. I haven't had anything but coffee today. :-/
