Stumbled across this today. Interesting read about dieting, although nothing I hadn't read from other sources. It does contain an interesting exercise program though.

Apparently QANTAS is axing 300 jobs and outsourcing them to india. This isn't in itself unusual, but not something an 'iconic Austrlian company' wants to be seen doing. So we need a reason, and excuse. I know, let's blame it on the skill shortage! Firing a whole bunch of people because you can't find enough workers. Right.

It seems self loathing can be quite useful at the gym...

I think the tires are finally gripping, now to ease on the power and I should come out of this ok. Better not ignore the sign posts next time...

I hate the way people think that because they're bigger or wearing something 'intimidating' (eg power suit, goth, army gear) that they can just force their way through crowds and you should get out of their way.
