Good luck on the babysitter front. Mom forums would be a good place to start, like cafe mom. Maybe try The Nest forums, too? It's a sister site of The Knot for weddings and stuff.

It's probably tough for Tom to be able to think objectively about you and your needs, since he's too close to the problems. And length of a marriage doesn't have anything to do with whether or not you would need counseling. Good luck with everything!
