It's a modified version of the diet Stevie Richards used for the weeks leading up to the last TNA pay per view. It's not entirely unlike what I did in 2006, but I actually am using tuna and chicken this time, instead of all eggs for protein and getting sick of eggs. Down six pounds in two days already, and, no, that's not all glycogen and water. My metabolism is high already, I just have to eat proper food so I am only storing carbohydrates as fat, which is a costly process compared to storing fat as fat. Also, my calorie intake is below my daily expenditure, so it consumes stored fat for the difference, but not muscle protein, as I'm eating way more than I normally would.
Also, the looks people give you when you are walking around eating celery stalks and carrots all day are great. (Well, not "all day" so much as it is the only portable food I use.)
