Greg always finds the funniest/most bizarre stuff on the internet...it's like a magical power of some kind (although he claims it's not I'm convinced it is).
Anyway;
How can you not know about a strange woman living in your house?

Like I said: Everyone in Japan is a ninja, so it was easy for her. Although I don't know how the guy didn't use his ninja powers to detect her. Maybe she's older and so more experienced...

Oh yeah and how do you just not open a closet for a year? I'm pretty sure you'd need at least one thing out of it at some point, right?
