Zen and the art of cycling

Last night I though I would watch the Monty Python that was on telly on ITV3. Elaine was watching something in the sitting room which leaves me with the telly in the gym (other sitting room that holds the running machine, bike-on-a-turbo and my pinball table). Not wanting to waste the opportunity I thought I would put my shoes on and ride the turbo
