Draco has been miserable for over a month now but now this misery has turned to nastiness again. With minor adjustments he tinkered with some enchantments he'd been working on and he's now set up some invisible traps in three corners of the main room.
In one, if anyone passes nearby they will find themselves shrinking - the process will steadily continue, fast or slow until they are microscopic.
In another corner a person will find themselves becoming randomly forgetful, until they may end up remembering nothing about themselves - or even what they are or the simplest things about the world, reverting to having a mind like an infant.
In a third corner irrational fears will strike the person wandering by it. Seeing another person - even a friend - may provoke screams or cause them to flee for no apparent reason. Even everyday objects - chairs, tables, paper, food - may cause undue terror.
Over to the side, in another corner, Draco is sitting on a couch and looking smug. He's watching and waiting for some interesting action to start once people fun afoul of his spells.
Typist note: The spells are as subtle or extreme as you want them to be, they also can wear off over time or the person may need to seek help removing the effects.
