Eee! This is a perfect fix-it! The story from Nick's POV and the struggles he's going through, the angst, the snow, the B&B, Mrs. Jones.

Thank you for a wonderful Christmas fic! *hugs*

Brilliant!. As a sucker of fix-it fics I had to read this one and it was amazing.

As it was pointed above, the fact that in the show Nick believed so quickly in Helen´s tale despite his solid friendship with Stephen always bothered me. Definitely, the conversation the boys should have had

Me too! But that's the great thing about ff: we all get to live in denial ;)

Thank you!

////Whatever else could be said, Stephen had never been one to avoid difficult conversations before////

Exactly - that's something I loved about him in Season 1.

I love this fix-it \o/

Me too! Then again, the angst potential in S2 is terrific *g*

Nick-Stephen tidying things up! Or beginning-to-fix-things. Poor Nick re the conversation. Love the tact of 'it isn't true', though - not a common one to take. Love it.

I always wanted to read a story in this vein, but since I didn't find one... And, yes, poor Nick, but both of them are hurting regardless whether it was a lie or not, thanks to Helen *g*

Thanks!
