Or, well, you know, "forever" until the next time Des or someone equily made of win posts something so totaly awesome that I just can't resist comenting on before whomever it was actualy intended. But then I'll feel shame again after that, too, I promace!

Oh, this was so sweet! I love first time stories and I love AU's :-)
Cas who obviously has been in love with Dean all along, and finally Dean realizes he's got some feelings himself and with just a little help from the family, he admits to them and act on them. Awh.

Dean's grandmother is pretty awesome.

I clearly still love it quite a lot with your adorable Cas and pretty cool Dean and your KICKASS Mary and Deanna and cakes and pies and talk of books and it's like you combined everything I love (except robots. There should always be robots Dess!) into a single fic that I want to cuddle forever.

Awwwww, DESS! This was wonderful. Reading your stories always make me feel like I'm getting a warm hug, because your affection for the characters and the sometimes-abusive show is always so obvious and so delicately worked into the fabric of your stories. This fic has it all: humour, sly winking wit, romance, hotness, and a little meta thrown in for good measure. (Love the stuff with Chuck and Dean's editorial advice. You = winner for evah!)

Cas is fabulous here, too: you have him perfectly. What I loved best was that he was still Castiel, still very odd, but in a way that played out as mortal and believable. Also, I loved Anna. ANNA! \o/

In conclusion, thank you for being awesome.

I'm so happy you liked it, Nos. Sometimes the boys just need a hug--and so do we, after watching everything Show does to them! Knowing the characters worked for you in their slightly altered guises is the best. I'm delighted you enjoyed this silly romp--you know I do love me an AU, so this was extra fun to write. <3
