Coming from someone who's "experienced" in this field (you know going through operations and knowing the difficulty in conceiving in the future), I'd say sometimes its not the words that comfort, but the presence. I'm sure your friend feels a lot of love from you guys.
Health is most important, there are many ways to get pregnant now. And I'm sure God has it all planned out.

it is very unfortunate that cindy has myoma. it sucks to have the choice taken out for you. i hate that. i would rather say "i don't want to do this" than hear "you cannot do/have this".
if i were suddenly told i can't have children (not that i'm all excited to have any), i would feel bad. i really really would. because i'm selfish. i want to have that choice. then again, maybe i'll feel relieved. (as i'm sure you would be because you'll get my jewelry! haha)
