Armand is a vampire, and part of his vampire powers is the ability to read minds, as well as to compel people to do things like obey his orders and forget things, and he can also spellbind people to do whatever he wants them to, and since it's in his nature to use these powers without remorse, this is probably going to come up at some point

You can read anything in Lelouch's mind, and if it comes up mind-control to make him do things is probably okay. I'd rather Armand not rewrite Lelouch's memory though unless it's to make him forget he was mind-controlled or something.

Vanille'd probably be susceptible to anything, so she shouldn't be too much trouble there. The 11th Doctor's another story, his brain's all complex and alien. And his blood probably tastes funny aha. So I don't think Armand would be able to get away with much.

But he would definitely attempt mindreading since that's just how he rolls - but since the Doctor is the Doctor, yeah, feel free to catch him or kick him out or what have you.

Cloud is mildly susceptible to mind prodding, as shown in canon so that might help Armand. His blood might taste icky since he has weird enhancements, thought.

Fang will probably be easy, if somewhat angry, pickings for him. ROFL.

Jack would be difficult but I imagine his blood would be extra yummy. Him being immortal and from the future and all.

Aaand Grell might think Armand is hitting on him and probably enjoy being nommed on. :|
