About the LJ thing
I'm not leaving. Basically, what vic said. People are going to do what they feel they must, as they should, but I think deleting journals in their entirety is an unfortunate choice, particularly if folks are also nuking their comments in others' journals on the way out the door. I think it's possible LJ will close down, eventually. I'll probably be here until they do, with a presence on DW as well.
I'm quite sure other folks are staying here as well. I saw a very lengthy thread about it in a journal this morning. So if you're one of them, we will see each other here. Meanwhile I did a backup of my LJ, and an import of it to DW (I'm destina there, too) and will try to crosspost some things from there to here. Not always vice versa, though. For instance, this post won't show up there.
