[It's a moment where he freely spoke before he thought, because it's only Morgana here, and he feels sulky, and being king is dumb. It sucks not being able to speak as freely as he likes anymore, so Morgana will have to deal with sulky bratty Arthur, as she's one of his few outlets. He sighs, turning around to face Morgana]

I'm not stupid. I'm responsible. [he says the word distastefully. He looks ahead of himself, listening to the sounds below, before looking at Morgana, a hint of teasing in his eyes] Something else you wouldn't understand.

We do have an enormous number of issues to discuss. We could be stuck behind closed doors for some time. Privately of course, as these things are best discussed privately first before meeting with any advisers. And if there just so happened to be armour and swords in the room we chose, that just couldn't be helped, I'm sure.

I do worry over the state of the armoury. Especially since I asked Merlin to check on it earlier, and knowing Merlin's work ethic I'm sure it requires further examination.
