btw lisa, i read your last entry - you are an amazing, and very strong, person. i'd be tempted to say 'stay just the way you are' but i know that you will because you seem to be on a solid foundation and i admire you for it.

i was thinking about that verse, and wow, like your life doesn't come from your mind or your mouth, but your heart, like you can store all of the knowledge into your mind that you want, or tell yourself something a million times but you won't act on it if you don't believe it in your heart. that's why marraige isn't based off of logic alone. that's why the people we care about the most aren't the ones we pick b/c of their social status/pretty face/money/abilities, it's because their hearts are in sync with ours, it's b/c we love them for who they are and for what overflows out of their hearts. We also have to guard not who we let into our hearts but what, such as certain tv shows, music, magazines w/e b/c if our hearts are a wellspring, what goes in will also come back out, that's why we pour as much of jesus and everthing lovely, pure, noble, trustworthy, excellent, true, etc in so that, during our weakest moments, and also during our quickest reactions, the excellent things are what come out, and what people see us for are the ( ... )
