I don't think I'll ever understand all the hullabaloo about Valentine's Day. Like why people get so upset that they're single on during Valentine's Day...

wow i actually agree with you for once...jk, yah but seriously i think people put too much emphasis on valentines day as a day that they should be with that special someone. i think it is about being thankful for the people you have in your life, like your family and friends. aight...i'm done preaching.

well i think people make a big deal out of it because it goes back to where you think your worth comes from. some people feel they have to have someone in their life to give them worth...of course its not true and thats just a lie, but many people believe it. i know i have thought that before, but that has changed.

i agree with what sitara said about how you should be thankful for the people in your life. also i think its dumb people need a day to show how much they love someone else. people should do that everyday and have special little surprises for the people they care about. BUT since valentine's day does exist and its all about love or whatever, thats just another arrow to point us at God's overwhelming love for us that we don't deserve.

I'm glad you like the sky. People these days do not stop enough to take pleasure in the works of Gods hands, they would much rather take pleasure in the works of mans hands. But just to be away from things and in awe of nature is a great feeling. As I sat in whataburger today watching people with ipods, cell phones, and all the various contraptions by man, I thought that we need to appreciate the works of God more. So way to be.

its a song by Rebecca St. James. i got the CD for my birthday and its really good! also you're so right...God is awesome!!!!
