Long, long ago, on my family's... 386? 486? computer, I played a game called Sim Ant. Made by the creators of Sim City, Sim Ant had you attempting to take over a lawn & house with an ant colony, doing many of the actions an ant might do. SimAnt! I remember that. I never got too into it but I remember panicking when it rained and my ants were being washed away...

Boo rain!
I don't remember getting to far into it myself, in particular I don't remember ever succeeding within the actual home (vs. the lawn). I seem to remember enjoying some grid aspect of it though.

My Sim game was SimEarth. I once had sentient ducks! They died out pretty quickly, though.

Did they commit suicide, with the knowledge that they were stuck with duckbills and webbed feet? Or did they get persecuted as witches when they discovered they floated in water?

I seem to think I tried SimEarth for like a day.
