Rejection letter blues

So I got my first rejection letter for CM today. (The previous one had been an e-mail.) It's a little disheartening, but it was not an agent I was really gunning for, nor one that had wanted a sample. Still, it's a bitter reminder of what it feels like to receive a rejection, and I'm a little freaked out, only because I'm afraid that this may be

Amongst all of the rejections, all you need is one acceptance, right? :-)

That's what I keep trying to remind myself - I send out X query letters planning on getting X-1 rejections.
