My hormones are raging and out of whack. I'm so pissed off right now, it's retarded, and it's over something pretty... uhh. Well, it's not that big of a deal but FUCK.

Ugh, that really sucks. Sometimes guys can be very narrow minded when it comes to other men and "their territory" so to speak. They don't really understand what it's like for girls sometimes, like when you have to deal with freaks like your neighbor. He's this persistent and it definitely puts pressure and fear on you, what would he do if you refused to give him your number on the spot? By the sounds of things he's pretty mentally unstable and you've got to be careful. Just... guys don't really take this into consideration, but I hope your boyfriend can realize this.
