What a week. It wasn't very cold the first few days out in the field. In fact, it was downright hot for February, but by the end of the field problem, it was cold as hell, especially at night. It wasn't too eventful for me until the end, but before I get to the end, there is one highlight I want to hit

That's so frustrating. I worked with someone like that at Buffalo's. With the servers and bus boys he was a complete jerk but with the other managers and bartenders he was a nice guy.

It makes it impossible to make a complaint because their equals and supervisors never see their miscondcut. Hang in there. I know it sucks being around people like that.

Yeah, what he said! The uniform exaggerates the good and the bad in people. All you can do is learn from the experience, and not behave that way when you are in authority over people.
