Currently I am at FOB Victory, part of the BIAP complex of FOBs to take a class on a robot called PackBot and an explosives detector called Fido. Both pieces of equipment are extremely neat and useful, and you can hook them up to send the robot to suspected bombs instead of getting close yourself! Very kewl. This is also a nice break from the slave

The PackBot is made by the folks who make Roombas! I have a friend with one, which he's super-pleased with. Yeah, I know those are two very different things, but it speaks well of their reliableness.

you mean "reliability"? :P

Yeah, we have a Roomba too, but it's missing a wheel or something, so it keeps bumping into stuff and just kind of doubling back to the same spot.
