On Thursday night we had to react as QRF (Quick Reaction Force) for our battalion's scout platoon. They had received contact and managed to kill 1 and detain a bunch of others. By the time we got there, all we really did was transport the detainees back. It sounds quick and simple, but we were up all night

Good grief--LOTS going on indeed. So very glad your LT was thinking. Yeah, scorpions are a problem for very small children, but on could develop a allergy, I suppose.
