What am I doing here!?!

So, my entry yesterday about dealing with medical school actually made me feel better. I had been holding it in for a while and it felt good to let it out. But, WHO KNEW things would only go from bad to worst! So every year, the first year medical school class has something called a "cadaver ball" (No, there are no cadavers at the ball and ( Read more... )

I agree with you. Like I told you before, I think the place definitely should of been chosen more carefully. Maybe the letter was too much? Maybe it wasnt. Cause if it was a ball at a Holocaust camp this mess would of been all over the news. Whether or not the letter was too much, the extra white girl with the 2 cents should keep her damn mouth shut cause this is not her issue... always tryin to get involved where its not their place. White folks as a whole...DAMN!

But anyhoo, HAPPY BIRTHDAY boy! You are one of the coolest people I have had the pleasure of getting to know recently. I hope the rest of your day, week, month, year is full of all the joy and success you deserve. xoxo- Psyko

Cadaver Ball...hmm. I don't know why it's called that either. Hopefully as a doctor, no one would have the pleasant opportunity of working with a cadaver in practice, perhaps. Hmm. I would say because you're fresh meat that it's called the Cadaver Ball...but...when I think of a corpse, fresh is one of the last words that come to mind. I'm going to think about this for the rest of the day, and I noticed I've been going down your jounrnal list, just commenting to my hearts content when I should be studying for a question game in my introduction to social work class on the hour. Hmm. Yeah...it's in the bag.

Well we do work on cadavers our freshman year of medical school, in gross anatomy lab, thats the only correlation I can see, although I don't know why in the hell they would name the ball after that!
