I currently own eight devices from which I could be making this post. Only one of them is my desktop computer. And I still think I have too few gadgets.

Just back from Paris. Got to see the Eiffel Tower, Arc du Triumph and Cleopatra's Needle on the first night. Just back from a wonderful time wandering around the British Museum with learath and xkyx followed by an awesome dinner with them and our host schmooblet.

Now I am tired and looking forward to more fun tomorrow. Yay! Also, even more yay 'cause it is schmooblet's birthday (in UK time).

Today is off to an un-great start. I found out this morning that my tags are expired (again) because 2 helpful members of Fairfax County's Finest decided to pull me over and tell me. Oh look! It's 2009.

I'm going to go take my flying car to work at the robot factory now.

Today plans were finalized for vacation in February. Hooray! learath and I are getting on a plane to visit schmooblet in London for about a week. In the middle of the trip we're all going (along with New Sue, who is also awesome) to hop on the Eurostar through the Chunnel to spend a weekend in Paris. Holy crap. Those speeches were awesome. McCain gave the most gracious concession speech I think I've ever heard. Obama's sure knows how to give a speech too.
