I found some sort of electronic piano device and connected it to the speakers. Then I created a "song" on the spot...and it was awesome. The interesting thing about this was how it was played. Think of a keyboard but instead of keys you have strips of colored paper layered on top of each other as well as across and to make sounds you take these

My coworker Will has an interest in making bizarre electronic instruments. I'll suggest your idea to him... not sure how he'd implement the paper though, he'd probably have to use very thin strips of foil or something.
