I have tried it before and refered to myself as an atheist with no issues. Though don't be sadened most of the men on there are not all that cool. So you are probably much better finding men other places anyways.

I wasn't really interested in meeting men anway. I just was curious about the match test.

well you could always check out okcupid.com. Its old school but does have a lot of match methods. :) And of course craigs list is always a good time if your just looking for entertaining emails (though no personality tests). :)
