Say whatever you want, but I don't trust these new phones. The old phones were just fine. Then out of nowhere (and with WHAT budget?) we get futuristic phones with so many buttons and sound effects that there's gotta be a catch.

I'll let you know when I find out which government agency is behind this.

Well someone decided we needed new phones. It's the same model, just an upgrade. Have you finished reading the manual you killed a forest to read yet?

I didn't kill a forest. I want to know who authorized the purchase. Oh, look, there's Cragen's door wide open and his desk is abandoned...*gets up*

OOC - ...because they're apparently arguing about this in the squad room, if you're cool with that. Maybe he can fact-check and find something that'll lead them to Porter?

So you blinded yourself further by reading the manual in pdf form? Well, since you're so bouncy about it, go find out.

OOC: that's fine by me.
