Bobby had been feeling like an ass for the past few days, hitchhiking down from Idaho had proven to be a strange and interesting journey in itself. But what was even weirder was that every time someone asked him where he was going and why he had to literally bite his tongue from replying: 'I'm going down to Nebraska to meet a guy who I've got a weird connection with. Bobby nods, not at being taller than Jono pictured him, but more at the weird acceptance that they both seem to have taken to their strange situation. As he shakes his hand though he realizes that the pulse is coming from Jono, and he is neither surprised or concerned by it. It just seems....right.

"Yeah, I get that a lot." He offers him a smile and then slings his pack into the booth, sliding in after it and immediately signaling the waitress for coffee.

"Sorry I'm late, my ride turned bad and I had to walk the last mile or so."

A pathetic mewling comes from Jono's coat and he opens it a bit. The small black kitten tucked into the inside pocket regards Bobby curiously.

*Shh, yer not supposed to be in 'ere.*
