This is video from the first of two bodybuilding events I have been training for.

This was not a real contest, but was done on the floor of the "Arnold Expo" in Columbus, Ohio. I had a blast.

The action doesn't really get going until 3 minutes into the video ...

O.K., so I'm not a big fan of bodybuilding or of faux tans, but I think you looked and did soooo much better than the other guy. Kudos to you, especially for going after something with such dedication.

I have 8 days until my 2nd contest, and then a 3-year break from competing.

I'm looking forward to eating a LOT more than I have been!
