I totally scored by hitching a ride with my parents back to Lakeland, Florida (my half-hometown). My dad (a truck driver) had to pick up a load of bottled water from someplace not far from there, and my mom and I would visit with my grandmother and retrieve some things left behind in the hasty escape to Tennessee. I made one of the greatest purchases yesterday at Wal-Mart. For $16.38 ($18.00 or so with tax), I bought The Best Of Black Sabbath; a very fucking awesome import 2-disc set with all of our favorites (and interestingly enough, my first actual Black Sabbath album; damn p2p software). Yesterday evening I found out that a guy who I used to go to school with (he graduated either last year or the year before) died in a wreck. Threw him out of the window and the truck rolled over him.
