Goin' to a wedding.
Yes, contrary to my previous plans, I have decided to say "screw it" and get things ready for Katie and Ryan's wedding. I'll be on the bus for an ungodly amount of time and I can't really afford the fare, but I want to be there. Maybe I can hit up evil grandpa for money like all the other grandkids...

This morning I was reading the diocesan newsletter to read up on how our search for a new bishop was going. The election's June 28th; please pray for the diocese. This will be our fifth bishop; we used to be a missionary diocese until 1967, so this is only the fifth time we've elected our own bishop.

Joe wins orals!
Yes, I passed my orals. I will graduate from Whitman College with a BA in Religion.
The only thing remaining is whether I get honors. You see, the religion department does things differently. They do orals for all honors candidates, and THEN decide who gets honors, if any. Yeah, so I'm competing against the other religion honors candidates. Great.
