Video clicks on, and he's kind of half slumped against one of the metal panels of the engine room looking a total wreck he's pale, damp with sweat, and his eyes are bloodshot. It actually takes him a moment to register

I don't know how straight I can walk right now, but don't worry, the defenses all come down when I'm in here.

[All of this comes out a little blearily, but he totally expects you to come rescue him now.

Then he realizes he just publicly announced how his security system works, and his eyes snap open, staring at Tyr like he's more than just a little freaked out right now.]

[Tyr wasn't going to comment on that last statement. Even if Harper had just fed him a straight line... Besides, he's now getting a little worried.]

[Harpers voice sounds kinda uncertain and hazy, but NO LIES FOR YOU.]

[Harper has slid down to the floor and is breathing heavily there. His eyes have fallen shut, but when he hears Data call him he opens his eyes again.] Data? Hey you probably shouldn't get to close to me, this might be... you know, catching or something.

[Pause]

Wait, android. Right, that was dumb.

[He gets over to Harper as quickly as he can. He crouches down beside of him and shakes his shoulder.] Harper, I'm here.

[He puts his hand lightly over his throat, which is meant to measure his pulse and temperature and see how sick he really is.]

[Oh, the shoulder shaking is bad. The shoulder shaking probably shouldn't be bad, but the sudden jerk of movement sends Harper's insides reeling, and he gags. Pressing his throat forward into Data's hand, Harper is suddenly bent forward and retching, trying to empty the contents of a stomach that's only ingested coffee and cola today.

The result is unpleasant, a mouthful of bile rises up in his throat.]
