If anyone says to exercise before bed, don't believe 'em. It gets your adrenaline going. I usually just read. Helps if it doesn't have pictures and you don't skip paragraphs. [He has a partner that forgets these things.]
I'm also on a thirty-seven hour day. By the time I'm ready to sleep, I'm flat out exhausted.
When I have bad dreams, my counsellor always helped assist me search for their cause. [Though some of his dreams could be influenced by weird environmental factors.] That usually caused them to cease.
