So, we're house owners. (Technically, we're not yet but we've started the process.) It's been an interesting weekend, though, culminating with the fact that we did not get the house at William Ryan.

Simply fantastic! Since they're building it, you might want to consider asking them to put in a central house vac. Those are sooo convinient, and a ton easier to put in at building than after.

It's just a beautiful layout and a great location. Grats to the both of you!

I didn't see an option in the feature list for a central vac. I can ask, but we've already priced ourselves up to what we feel is our comfortable max. :)
