Carie got royally fucked by Frontier coming back to Denver because they screwed up and had a line such that they couldn't get her to her plane on time. She ended up coming with me to Albuquerque and booking another flight out of there. She's trying to get reimbursed by Frontier. This will really help.

Hey glad to help! I hate how fucking unreliable air travel is these days. I mean seriously, I can't remember the last time I went on a roundtrip flight where SOMETHING didn't go wrong.

I completely agree. It's not like we're asking them to do something that they didn't manage just fine a decade ago.
