Lebanese Salad

Ingredients

1 head Romaine lettuce, shredded
Two medium ripe tomatoes, chopped into small cubes (seed if preferred)
1 cucumbers, chopped into small cubes
1-2 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

1. Smash the garlic and salt together with a mortar and pestle. Add olive oil and lemon juice and mix well. Best prepared hours in advance to let the garlic flavour the oil.

2. Mix all ingredients including the oil infusion together and serve.
