Well, I managed to get through week 2 as a UPS supervisor. Thursday was probably my triumph when we had a training supervisor on the belt (whose job is to train new loaders) giving me somewhat of a hard time, reminding me to do things I was already doing. I finally suggested that he shut up, worry about training the new hire and let me worry about
