We spell it Rannock, though the idea for the name did come from Fire Bringer. =) And, no.. I guess he's still Japoro half the time, but I feel more comfortable seeing the black coyote as his settled shape. Partially because that's how he always imagines himself with Pax (my soul mate's dæmon) and partially because I'm not so sure an anime creature could describe a person's entire soul.
