[ASK] Why My Journal Being Suspended? [SOLVED]

Please, could anyone tell me "why my (other) journal being suspended?"
I've moved all my entry journal to that journal already T^T
Even my post in community, I changed them all with that account already.
I WANT TO CRY, REALLY!!!

Whether the suspended accounts can be reactivated?
Please, anyone tell me!!
