Root canal is over. It went well, and yay for being done withe excruciating pain that was before the root canal.

Work is going well. I'm noticing that I'm much less interested in eating subs when I've spent 8 hours making and selling them, but that's ok. Also, standing for most of that time makes my legs/feet hurt, but it's worth it for the ( Read more... )

This is the second time that my training has been put off by my new boss (manager of Big Mike's Subs that was) because he has too many trainees, and not enough people to train. This seems reasonable, in that it's hard for one or two experienced people to train 4 trainees, but at the same time, I'm worrying that I'm not standing up for myself ( Read more... )

I really want to go to a concert in Chicago next Friday; Everclear is the headliner. Does anyone else have any interest in attending? I'd be especially into carpooling - I'd chip in for gas, and my boyfriend could pick up the tickets for us (I think it'd be cheaper that way?)

I have been done for two days now, with finals, with classes, with pretty much all scheduled activity. It's pretty nice to be this flexible, but I do miss freshmen year when all my friends were in the same dorm as me, so I knew how to find people to hang out with.
