We met with Barbara again this appointment, which was nice. As much as we like them all I think we like her the best. She's very soothing and encouraging

I've had the same weight gain problems with both pregnancies - and then "caught up" all at once in the 28-34wk period. So we must be normal in some odd way. =)

Sounds to me like either baby had a growth spurt or your body is finally catching up. Either way I wouldn't be too worried about it. All the pictures I've seen of you look like you are all baby :)
i dunno where you put it! cause i didn't see 11 more pounds on you, just a bit more o the belly taking all available space. darned bellies. LOL we need to figure out how to walk around each other soon or we'll be like bumper cars!
That's just dumb. I recently gained about ten pounds in *one week* and went to the hospital complaining about how my hands and feet and arms had just swollen up, and they were like 'oh, you're just fat'. Which was just *peachy* after being told to gain more weight because I lost so much in the first trimester.
First it's 'oh no, you need to gain more', and then suddenly it's 'wow, you're absolutely obese'! Grr.
