Hey, at least it's the beginning of the end. It sounds like your body's definitely gearing up for the big show.

-2 station is actually *less* dropped than -1. Still nice and engaged. =)

OK you big dork, yes technically -2 is a smaller number than -1 so "less" but you know what they mean :P

No, I mean that the baby being at a -2 station is higher in your pelvis than the baby being at a -1 station.

Not that it matters - Alex was at a -2 practically until I was pushing. =)

That's not at all how it's been explained to me by the midwives...the positive numbers are higher and the negative numbers lower in your pelvis. So -4 is the lowest. But I just looked in my Penny Simkin book and you're totally right. That's weird because the baby was at -1 last week...

Maybe I misunderstood something.

Glad to hear everything is right on track! And maybe your midwife meant +1 instead of -1 to begin with... *shrugs* couldve been anything... but really, you wont be preggo forever so it probably really doesnt matter too much at this point ;)
Swimming sounds like a good idea! And thank you so much for recommending that yogo video, it's great!
