Today has been shiny, I feel good.
And to think all this time I have scoffed in the face of exercise as something to be enjoyed and to help with depression. Go figure.
A desire to get back in shape and still eat doesnt hurt the appeal of working out

The summer is kind of boring.
I miss stress and deadlines.
I do enjoy baking though.
And working on the SUUSI banner.

There are people who I talk to who make my life an astoundingly better place to be. Darcy, Mika, and Ryan have made this a week worth living.

I am going to bake an angel food cake tomorrow because I am in love.

looking back at old lj entries made me realize how much I really enjoy livejournal. It's pretty pathetic, but damn, its nice to remember things, and my memory is pretty piss poor.
There are very shiny good things in my life, and the bad shits entirely my own doing.

school worked out really well, shockingly. 2 Bs and 3 As despite all signs pointing to otherwise.
Scholarship to Penland for glass blowing starts next month, then comes SUUSI.

I am a screenprinting surface design goddess, and I get to cast today. I get to cast somewhere in the neighborhood of 400g of bronze. Small dainty jewelry casting is not for me, I hope that they continue to not kick me out of metals/jewelry and into sculpture. Wearables are my downfall ( Read more... )
