Someone really likes you apparently, you get a little bit of a break. Emergency is dragging me out of town, unsure when I will be returning. My superiors have been notified, and I've added a few extra locks to my office door. In the odd case that you actually manage to break in and attempt to reclaim it, there will be consequences when I get back.
And no bitching later since I'm warning you now, there may or may not be a few hidden surprises for unwary trespassers.
