Would have been far better if I weren't stranded here longer, but sadly it's not my call.

I'm sure you miss everyone, but maybe your being here will be more of a help than you realize.

He left me a voice mail, he was pretty annoyed but he never said we're done. More like 'take care' which after nearly a full day of flying still sounds like a kiss off.

I should be used to it by now, but I miss my own bed. Hotels and dining out are novel at first, but they grow old quick. I just don't see the point when there's nothing going on anymore. Not that you and Sarutobi would be so easily rid of me again ♥

You know I love you, but these past few days have truly reminded me as to why I stay single. "Take care" is rather ambiguous, I wouldn't jump to any conclusions until you two chew things over. From what I've seen and gathered, you both suck at this communication thing.

I thought about swinging by there even if I didn't hear from you, just to see if there were any interesting prospects or not that might hold my attention for an evening but I didn't quite make it that far. Uhh, I'll have to get back to you on that? I did accomplish my goal of getting completely and utterly obliterated as well as finding myself a very good Samaritan to help me find my way home~ I just couldn't tell you were I ended up before heading back to the hotel.

Sounds like a plan. I'll just throw on something comfy and head over then, assuming you're just coming straight from work.
