Today, the California Supreme Court ruled again on whether or not to uphold the same-sex ban created by Prop 8.

Yes, which is what I'm hoping for since it gives hope that this will allowed one day. The positive thing is I've been noting a lot of the younger generation is in disagreement with the adults. My sis and I voted No, my parents Yes ,and when I talked to my friends, that was pretty much the case with all of them. Who knows if we'll get enough new voters by 2010 who are on our side, but we will see.
But then again, if we do win, won't the opposition just start up with trying to stop it? I don't see this issue ever being put to rest, really.
