When I woke up this morning, I couldn't help but think of last night, at the warehouse with Sho. We did more kissing than painting his art projects. If we don't work on them properly they're not going to be finished in time. Some how I'm going to have to explain to Sho but how every time I see him or be around him, those lips I can't refuse. I know I'm thinking to much about Sho, but I can't help it. I'm not sure what's going on between us. If it's experimenting or something else. It can't be love cause he just broke up with Reiko even though she lied and cheated on him with Ryu. I know he loved her very much. I remembered that night when he caught her, he was devastated. After I had breakfast and kissed my mother good-bye like usual I headed to school I'm determine to get answers from Sho. Just when I past the gates of the school I saw the guys with their girlfriends. Even Nino with his but Sho was just sitting on the wall alone. He looked sad. I wanted to go to him but Nino was watching. What is Nino's problem anyways? So I just kept walking trying not to look at Sho, but with my luck (failed). I was stopped when I was called. I was about to walk away. Out the corner of my eye I can see Sho stand up to stop me but for some reason Jun stands in front of me. "Why?" And I hurriedly walk to class not looking back for Sho. I was determined to not break up a friendship.
All day I couldn't get Sho out of my head. I hate second thinking myself. If I end this with Sho, I'll do nothing but think of him. But if I keep going he'll lose his friends. Two classes and nothing but Sho in my mind. His eyes when he's sad, happy, deep in thought. And the worst is when he is crying. Then I think of his lips, how soft and plump they are. Sho got up fast and left the table. I looked at Sho retreating back form and then back at Nino. He just starred at me with a smirk on his face like he didn't care he hurt Sho.
Finally school was over but I still had theater. I was expecting Sho to be waiting for me like always, but he wasn't here. I waited for him while I got dressed in my costume. When I walked out to the stage there was that guy again from the toilet and my tree. "OK Sakurai-san is going to be running late so Daigo-san will be running lines with Ohno-san in his stead." I looked at the director and then back to Daigo then to Kame. "Why not Kame? He knows the lines more." " I'm actually going to play another role. Daigo-san is going to be Sho-san understudy." " Oh." Half hour later Sho hasn't showed yet so we went on break. I went back to the dressing room to call him I was getting worried. That Daigo guy was in my dressing room. "So Ohno-san or should I say my Juliet, what to go to dinner with me tonight?"
I was so shocked at the blunt question I didn't realize that Diago was standing right in front of me so close to my face. He was leaning in about to kiss me but I came back to my senses right before his lips touch mine. I pushed him back away from me. " Daigo-san! Stop... What are you doing?" " That's what I like to know!" I turned around and there in the door was Sho. OH MY GOD! My eyes was wide he saw me...Us he saw me almost kiss Daigo. Sho had the most angry evil look on his face, which would scare even Jun. "Sho-kun... How long...? Sho-kun..Um.." I couldn't get my words right. " Who are you?" " Daigo your understudy." " Where's Kame?" " He's been moved to another role." " I see." " Sho-kun where were you? Why was you late?" " I had something to do." Sho was still starring angry at us. "Sho?" " So your going on a date tonight?" " Well he haven't answered me yet." " And your OK that he's a guy." " Yes." Sho just looked at us and nodded then left. I wanted to run after him but the director called for me.
During the rest of the play rehearsal Sho was a bit aggressive toward me. " Sho what's wrong?" "Nothings wrong." " Sho can we talk later tonight? I need to ask you something." "What about your date?" " What date?" " Daigo. That Daigo guy likes you." " Him Oh I told him no. Besides he doesn't like me he just wanted to study some lines cause he came on late in the play." " Satoshi your so innocent to believe that." " After rehearsals let's get something to eat and go to the warehouse OK?" " Sure."
I called my mother to let her know I was going to be out late and not to worry. On the ride to the warehouse, we took the train cause Sho's father wouldn't give him the car tonight. " You know one of these days I am going to beg my mother to get my father to buy me a car." Sho held my hand on the train to whole time, it was weird cause he never did that not in public. At the warehouse we ate the food Sho bought from a ramen shop listening to the radio. How do I ask my question to him without him getting upset. All day Sho occupied my mind to no end and the most weird part about it I was ready to end this what ever we are to each other thing until Sho saw me almost kiss Diago and left. I realized at that moment I didn't want to lose him. I think I might be in love with Sho. " Sho-kun are you still in love with Reiko-san?" "What kinda of question is that?" " Sho-kun do you know what we are to each other yet?" " Why are you asking these questions." " You left the table after Nino mentioned her." Sho looked deep in thought like he didn't know how to answer. " When I left I went to go see her. I had to know why she lied to me, why she used me when I was in love with her. She told me it was cause I was easy prey for her and Ryu's baby. It was all about my family's money. She never loved me at all." Sho had tears in his eyes and I wrapped my arms around him hugging him tight and ten in his ear I whispered. " Sho I love you."
Sho pulled away from me shocked at my confession. I was so nervous my heart was going to come through my chest at anytime. but what Sho did I was not expecting. He lifted me up and carried me to one of the rooms that use when they bring girls. "Satoshi..." That was it our lips met and danced together more fierce than before.
