If it ever comes to me passing on now or even later on in life (god forbid) I just know that I'm happy to be in a happy family and that I've known friends that care.
But at the same time, what are the things that you could be missing out just because you had an early end to life. Its scary to think of the things that you could've done if you still have a sentient mind in the afterlife (i.e. ghost).
There is a saying in Malay which rings true to mind;
"Harimau mati meninggalkan belang, Manusia mati meninggalkan nama"
Translation:
"A Tiger that dies, leaves his stripes, A man who dies leaves his name"
