Well, it is not apparent here because this was before I continued with the story, but Changmin is originally a selfish person with only a few things on his mind, one being food. He satisfied his sex drive so he only desired breakfast. Jaejoong is certainly surprised by Changmin's actions, but at the moment his confusion overrides his anger. And as later updates show, Jaejoong actually has Changmin wrapped around his little finger.
