Tried a new dish this evening for dinner. It was way yummie. I'm suprised I like it so much or it's not affected me in a 'ah bad way. It's a saffron infused pasta with collard greens, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, chicken stock, half and half and sweet italian sausage tossed with grated parmasean cheese at the end.
